Fletcher graduated from NCCU (North Carolina Central University) with a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2000. Fletcher is currently attending NCCU in pursuit of his Master's of Social Work Degree with an expectant graduating date of May,2010. He has more than15 years of experience in MH/DD/SA agency settings. Fletcher has been providing DWI/Substance Abuse services for FirstStep Services for approximately three years.
