Randee is a NCSU Graduate with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She also holds a Post Graduate degree from Meredith College. She has been working as a substance abuse counselor for almost 2 decades. She has been working at First Step since 2006 as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Certified ADETS Instructor.

She conducts substance abuse and DWI assessments, instructs ADETS classes and does group counseling work. She is also certified in Prime For Life (a prevention program for alcohol and drug offenders).
